2008年以来民进党转型刍议——基于领导者和结构的视角

民进党自2008年下台后一直在为重新执政寻找转型之路，然经蔡英文、苏贞昌两任党主席，并未解决阻碍其发展的诸多重大难题。基于领导者、结构及其互动关系的视角进行研究，有助于我们更全面深入地观察民进党。民进党的转型，一方面受到该党领导者的观念、能力的影响，另一方面受到两岸关系、岛内政党政治、民进党派系政治等结构性因素的制约。本文试将二者结合起来分析，希望能为研究民进党转型提供一点有益的思考。

Discussion on the DPP＇s Transition from 2008 from the Perspective of Leader and Structure

The Democratic Progressive Party （DPP） has been striving for transition to return to power since it was out of office in 2008, but until now it has not resolved several thorny difficulties which block its development during the presidency of Tsai Ing-Wen and Su Tseng-Chang. The research from the perspective of leader, structure and interaction between them, can help us observe the DPP comprehensively and deeply. The DPP＇s transition is not only influenced by the idea and ability of its leaders, but also restricted by struc- tural factors such as the cross-Strait relationship, party politics in Taiwan and sectarian politics in the DPP. This article attempts to analyze the DPP＇s transition based on the two basic factors, which may offer some use- ful thinking on the study of the DPP＇s transition.
