Study on the Evaluation Mechanism of Cadets’ Ethic Performance in Police Colleges and Universities

Ethic education and evaluation are important part of police college and university education. Cadets’ quality formation and development are a complicated process, which involves such factors as emotion and motivation and has concealed and covered characteristics. Accordingly, it is necessary to innovate target orientation, contents and methodology and the like concerning cadets’ ethic performance evaluation in police colleges and universities so that the evaluation mechanism will switch from one dimension to multi-dimensions, from isolation to opening, from stationary evaluation to dynamic one, thus forming a completely new mechanism.
