| 摘 要： | “9．11”后，美国联邦调查局（FBI）逐步发展成为一个“以情报为主导、以威胁为着眼点”的国家安全部门。PBI情报指挥部的建设，包括专业情报人才建设、情报收集方法以及技术平台建设等，FBI情报指挥部的情报建设已经形成了比较完善的机制，这对于各国情报建设而言，其经验能带来诸多启示。

| Abstract: | After “911” event, U.S.A. FBI has developed into an intelligence-driven and threat-focused national security agency. The development of FBI directorate of intelligence including professional intelligence talents, information-collecting methods and platforms has made it possible to form a perfect mechanism, from which all countries can learn its experience for their respective intelligence development. |
