| 摘 要： | 为确保G8与G20的安全召开,加拿大皇家骑警设立了峰会综合安保部,组建了一支横跨多个警察部门的安保力量。指挥管理是峰会综合安保部建设的核心,加拿大警方从初期筹备到决策机制建设,始终将协调、技术等因素放在重要位置,成功地建立起一套高效的指挥管理体系。

| Abstract: | To secure the G8 and G20 summit, Royal Canada Mounted Police created the ＂Integrated Security Unit＂, a multiple police department of integrated security forces. Command and Control is the core of the organization development. Considering the cooperation and technology as priority, RCMP established an effective C2 system from the very beginning of the initial preparation and a decision-making mechanism for security operations. |
