| 摘 要： | 农民工问题最主要集中于私营企业中,从企业的层面介入农民工问题是破解农民工问题的重要方法。在私营企业里应大力开展企业社会工作以满足农民工的各种需求,达到解决农民工问题的目的。

| Abstract: | The problems of migrant workers mainly exist in private-owned enterprises.To observe migrant workers problems at enterprise level is an important approach to solve the problems.From the angle of enterprise social work,the article analyses the varies problems of migrant workers in POEs under the whole system of enterprise and community,and their varies needs as a group with comprehensive characteristics,and argued how to develop enterprise social work so as to meet with migrant workers needs and resolve the problems. |
