| 摘 要： | 政府执行力是政府组织不可忽视的核心要素,决定着政府执行有关政策决策时能力的高低。本文拟从公共管理的视角透视政府执行力不佳这一政府公共管理中的突出问题,并提出构建和提升政府执行力的价值取向。
