| 摘 要： | “组织”职能是工会一项重要社会职能，但在计划经济时代被弱化了。随着市场经济的不断深入发展，社会劳动关系异常清晰，急切呼唤工会——这个团结广大职工、以维护职工合法权益为最终目的的工人阶级群众组织尽快恢复和加强并在理论上明确自己的组织职能。
