| 摘 要： | 犯罪经济学的成本与收益理论重在分析影响犯罪成本与犯罪收益的各种因素 ,通过改变各种因素 ,增加犯罪的成本、降低犯罪的收益而达到预防犯罪的目的。该理论的前提基础是经济学中的“经济人”假设 ,即认为犯罪人是有理性的经济人 ,犯罪是其理性选择的结果。预防贪污贿赂犯罪就要提高犯罪的直接成本、时间机会成本和惩罚成本 ,从而降低犯罪收益 ,最终达到预防和减少犯罪的目的

| Abstract: | Crime-economic Cost and Income Theory” mainly analyses all kinds of factors affecting criminal cost and income. It aims at preventing crime by altering all factors, increasing criminal cost and decreasing criminal income. The precondition of this theory is the economic suppose of "economic human", which means the criminal is a rational economic human and crime is the result of his rational choice. In order to prevent corruption-bribe crime, we should increase criminal direct cost、opportunity cost and punishment cost, then decreased the criminal income, and finally prevent and reduce the criminal rate. |
