| 摘 要： | 大学即文化,大学文化对高校自身的发展,对学生素质的全面培养具有特殊的重要作用。大学文化建设关键在于坚持党政领导,体现先进性的要求,坚持以人为本,突出人的全面发展;根本在于坚持思想道德建设,帮助学生树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观,培养有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律的高素质人才。
