中国共产党反腐倡廉建设的历程和展望

90多年来,中国共产党团结和带领全国人民进行革命、建设和改革的奋斗历程,同时也是同腐败作坚决斗争、不断加强自身建设的发展历程。我们党紧紧围绕党的中心任务开展党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争,把制度建设作为反腐倡廉建设的根本,坚持党的领导,依靠群众,扎实推进惩防体系建设,取得了巨大成就。在新的形势下,我们要坚持严惩腐败不放松,进一步加强制度体系建设,强化监督制约,加强思想文化教育,不断提高反腐倡廉建设的科学化水平。

The Process and Prospect of the CPC＇ s Fighting Corruption

The process of our Party unifying and leading the people of the whole country in revolution, construc- tion and reform over the past 90 years is also a process of firmly fighting corruption and strengthening party building. Our Party always focuses on the central task to carry out the work of fighting corruption, treats the insti- tutional construction as the foundation for fighting corruption, and persists in the Party＇ s leadership and relies on the masses to form a strong collective force and promote the work of corruption control. Under the new situation, we should further strengthen institutional construction, enhance supervision and restriction of power, make power run in the sunlight, strengthen ideological and cultural education to build a moral line of defense against corrup~ tion, and continuously improve the scientific level of corruption control, so as to reduce corruption to a minimal level.
