重塑全球化浪潮中的中国城市特色——从地方政府经营城市的角度出发

没有思想和个性的城市犹如没有灵魂的人。城市特色既是城市竞争力内涵的组成部分,又是城市竞争力外延的表现形式,在某种程度上决定着城市的兴衰。研究如何挖掘和营造城市特色、保护和培育城市特色、解决全球化对城市特色的冲击、强化城市特色对于城市现代化的良性影响作用,不但可以有效的解决当前我国地方政府经营城市过程中的种种“短视行为,”而且也是我国地方政府推动城市综合竞争力良性的、可持续的发展的重要课题。

Remoulding the Chinese city characteristic in the globalization tide --From the angle of the local authority managing the city

The city which does not have the thought and the individuality just like the human does not have the soul.The city characteristic is not only of connotation constituent the city competitive power,also the manifestation which the city competitive power extends.It decids the prosperity or the decline of the city in some degree.We study how to excavate and build the city characteristic;protect and cultivate the city characteristic;solute the impact from the globalization on city characteristic;strengthen the benign influence of the city characteristic on the city modernization.Thus we can solute "the superficiality behavior" of our local authority effectively.Moreover it will be the important topic of our local authority to impel the city synthesis competitive power to become benign and sustainable development.
