Analysis of Career Planning Education for the Soldiers Graduated from College

With a large-scale recruitment of army soldiers from the university students, our military＇s professional colors became more intense. And the new policy produced some new problems for the ideological and political education in army. Now, Career Planning Educations have strong practical significance which can help the soldiers from college think about the laws of development and occupational characteristics of the military, and to clear the goals, to develop their own ability, to apply the knowledge into practice, combined the force＇ s need to plan their own careers.
