| 摘 要： | 农村社会保障是全国社会保障的重要组成部分,在现阶段建立农村社会保障法律体系具有重要的意义。农村社会保障法律体系是由法律、行政法规、地方性法规等若干立法层面构成,要解决立法过程中可能出现的问题,就应逐步推进农村社会保障法律体系的建设。

| Abstract: | The rural social security is the important component of the national social security.At the present stage,it has an important meaning to establish the rural legal system of social security,which is made up of several legislative aspects such as the law,administrative statute,local regulation.To solve the problem that may appear in the legislative course,it is supposed to advance the construction of the rural legal system of social security progressively. |
