袁枚的生死观

袁枚的生死观是其人生观的重要内容,深受庄子思想的影响。袁枚面对死亡具有达观的态度,其自作挽诗特别是邀人同挽,把死亡视为可吟咏的审美对象,作为获取审美愉悦的创作的契机,实乃卓特超俗之举。但这不等于说袁枚恶生爱死。事实上他不仅不厌恶生,而且对生是十分珍视留恋的。

Yuan Mei's Attitude Towards Life And Death

Deeply influenced by Zhuang Zi, the ancient thinker, Yuan Mei's attitude towards life and death makes up an important part in his outlook on life. He acted philosophically in face of death by composing elegy alone and sometimes with others as well, and by holding death as a kind of aesthetic object to be chanted and as a turning point from which he could draw inspiration. All that was quite unique, but it didn' t mean that he was fond of death. Instead, he cherished life very much.
