诊所教育:法学教育与法律职业教育的桥梁

美国诊所法律教育模式体现着职业技能训练、职业道德训练和促进社会正义的多元目标,在中国法学教育改革中被引入,但由于中美不同的教育背景和教育目标,诊所教育的实施面临困境。只有立足于中国法学教育的现实,进行教育目标的分类定位和人才培养的分别定位,才能克服中国目前法学教育和法律职业教育分离的缺陷,以诊所教育为桥梁逐步实现法学教育的一体化目标。

Clinic Education-Bridge between Legal Education and Legal Professional Education

American clinic education is introduced into the legal education reform in China with multiple aims of professional skills training,professional moral training and promoting social justice.However,in our country,clinic education is in difficult situation in that China and America has different educational backgrounds and educational objectives.In order to deal with the problem that present legal education and legal training education are separated in China,we should classify and orientate education objectives and talent training from the standpoint of the reality of legal education in China.Hence,we will realize unification of legal education crossing the bridge of clinic education.
