| 摘 要： | 阐述了预审阶段犯罪嫌疑人的几种心理状态和某些表现形式,以及审讯时犯罪嫌疑人的心理活动规律。同时,阐述审讯时针对犯罪嫌疑人的心理活动规律,我们所应采取的基本矫正策略,从而使案件的审讯工作顺利进行。
