高职院校人力资源管理研究

我国从高职院校基本情况，包括院所数目、师资等基本情况入手，同时对近期有关高职人力资源管理研究文献进行综述，进而对其所存在人力资源观念落后、缺乏有效的激励机制等主要问题进行分析，试图为研究高职人力资源管理提供帮助和参考。
