| 摘 要： | 法律翻译，是对法律思想观念、法律语言文化、法律规范和法律文本的跨法系交流行为和跨语系交际行为。研究整理中国法律翻译的发展脉络，发掘其对整个中国近现代和当代社会的重大意义和深远影响，提出今后法律翻译在研究中的重点领域和方向。
