| 摘 要： | 图书馆法作为法律的一个分支,是图书馆政策的具体体现和定型化,作为大陆法系的台湾地区推出的“图书馆法”草案已于2001年通过并实施,而中国大陆图书馆法还处在草案修废阶段,通过对台湾地区图书馆立法的认识,一定会积极促进中国大陆图书馆法的制定工作与理论探讨,再铸图书馆事业的辉煌。
