| Abstract: | The purpose of a purported criminal is in nature the commitment to crime. The main reason can be explained as: the purpose of a purported criminal has a close relation to the encroached object. The purpose of a purported criminal is to produce the result of jeopardizing others. In this sense, the purpose of a purported criminal is in nature equal to the crime purpose, and can satisfy the principle of relating motivation with purpose. |
