| 摘 要： | 本文系统地阐述了邓小平同志的对外开放思想 ,分析了进一步扩大对外开放 ,是西部地区全面建设小康社会 ,加速推进社会主义现代化建设的必由之路。西部地区必须加强学习 ,提高认识 ,采取措施 ,进一步扩大对外开放 ,从中探索出一条加快西部地区发展的新路。
