| 摘 要： | 多人死亡犯罪案件对社会的危害日益突出,侦破这一类型案件的前提之一是对现场死者角色的识别,即在现场众多死者中确认谁是作案人、谁是作案目标、谁是无辜者。这一过程对侦查工作意义重大。可根据死者生前情况、死者伤痕特征等方法识别死者角色。

| Abstract: | the harm of crime in which severa l persons are dead is becoming more and more serious to society.One of prerequis tites to de-tect those crimes is to distinguish the characters of the dead pers ons on the spot.That is to say it is very important to pick out who is murder,wh o is the aim and who is the innocent.We can pick out the characters of the dead persons on the basis of their situations in their lives and the tratis of their wounds etc. |
