弱势群体民事诉讼救济问题研究

弱势群体在诉讼行为能力、法律素养以及诉讼心理承受能力等方面都处于弱势。要真正实现实质平等，必须对弱势群体提供诉讼救济。现有法律虽然在弱势群体的救济方面作出了一些规定，但仍然存在着诸如救济标准模糊、方式单一、阶段短、保障基金不稳定等问题。因此，需要在明确诉讼救济告知制度、扩大诉讼救济对象、规范诉讼救济标准与程序、专项保障诉讼救济资金、加大巡回办案制度等方面加以完善。

Research on the Relief to Vulnerable Groups' Civil Litigation

Vulnerable group have disadvantages in terms of litigation ability, legal qualities, and psychologically tolerant competence. To really realize equality, we must carry out relief to their civil litigation. Though there are some legal regulations on the relief, we still have some problems such as unclear relief standard, poor relief approach, short period, and unstable security funds. Therefore, we need to make efforts to perfect the relief in the following aspects： making clear litigation relief informing system, enlarging scale of litigation relief objects, regulating litigation relief standard and procedure, setting certain litigation relief security funds, and strengthening circuit system for dealing cases.
