| 摘 要： | 在当前公安工作信息、情报主导警务的新形势下,公安民警的警务工作中越来越依赖信息技术和情报的应用。公安教育也应与时俱进,加强对学生的信息应用能力的教育。信息应用能力就是运用信息系统获取信息、鉴别信息、利用信息解决问题的能力素质,公安院校应通过建立情报实践训练基地、开设信息系统应用科目、加强实践型师资力量、加强情报理论研究等措施,培养学生的信息应用能力。
