| Abstract: | In recent years,some outlaws have repeatedly used the short message service of mobile phone networks to commit delinquencies and crimes,which badly disturb the normal life of the people as well as disrupt social public orders.The SMS-related delinquencies and crimes become a kind of new pollution and public hazard.However,rampant momentum of SMS-related delinquency and criminal activities should be checked and controlled at the source.It also becomes a very brand new challenge for the police to heavily crack down on the SMS-related delinquencies and crimes. |
