Affiliation: | WALTER D. BROADNAX received his Ph.D. from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University. He is presently Lecturer in Public Policy at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. Prior to joining the Harvard faculty he was a staff member at the Brookings Institution and Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. He has also held several academic posts including having served as Professor of Public Management and Public Policy at The Federal Executive Institute in Charlottesville, Virginia. |
