| Abstract: | The teaching of law document writing should be based on practice. In order to stimulate the enthusiasm of the students, teachers must change the present teaching pattern that is, attaching importance to theories but looking down on practice. Teachers should make the students grasp the writing method first, then let them do more writing practice. |
