社区警务建设应处理好五个关系

在社区警务实践中,应处理好以下关系:社区警务与责任区警务的关系;警力下沉、警务前移与警力不足、经费困难的关系;社区警务室与乡镇治安保卫办公室、社区民警与乡镇公安员两个方面的关系;群防群治中有偿服务与义务联防的关系;实行弹性警务与防止社区民警权力增长后权力异化的关系。
