| 摘 要： | 侦查是一个认识人的过程.对人性、社会的正确理解,对技术支持的充分运用,以及良好工作习惯与机制的建立,是保证破案的主客观要素.而对人、对人性、对人与人之关系组成的社会的认识,永远是第一位的.因为,技术是人所操作的技术,制度是人立的制度,人始终在影响着这两者的运用.认识人,应是侦查的出发点和归宿. |

| Abstract: | Criminal investigation is a process of understanding people; it is the same to anti-criminal investigation. The factors like correct understanding of human nature, exertion of technology and good mechanism are necessary to crack down a criminal case. However, it is foremost important to correctly and fully understand human beings and human society because technology and mechanism are both man-made and used by people who always play the key role in using them. In a word, understanding people is not only the starting point but alsothe end-result of criminal investigation. |
