| Abstract: | The innovative quality is a high-level quality which plays an important role in improving the overall quality of cadets. Comprehensive military university has the responsibility to bring up high-quality military staffs. To improve the overall quality of cadets, especially their innovative quality, and make further development of all the military staffs is the ultimate purpose of comprehensive military university in cultivation of new-type high-quality cadets. |
