| Abstract: | The article reveals the evolution of Chinese administrative approval and analyzes its current situation, problem and cause in reformation historically. After classifying and analyzing the substandard approving action according to the administrative legal theory, it points out that besides the approving action applied to by the Administrative Permission Act, other approving activities should also be bound by relevant administrative legal norms. |
