| 摘 要： | 反倾销一直是各国普遍使用的贸易救济制度。金融危机以后,美国基于恢复国内产业和自身利益的考虑,对华采取的反倾销措施越发频繁,给我国产业带来了巨大危害。针对这一现状,我国必须积极采取应对措施,重视相关法制建设,以维护国家利益。

| Abstract: | Anti-dumping is a trade remedial system which is being universally used in differend country.To recover the domestic industries and self-interests after the financial crisis,America gradually takes anti-dumping which brings huge harm to China＇s industry.According to this fact,China must actively take countermeasures and pay attention to the construction of relevant laws in order to protect national interests. |
