| 摘 要： | 警察文化素质教育既是警察素质教育的一个重要层面和有机体系，也是一般文化素质教育有机体系的一个重要组成部分。因此，警察文化素质教育既具有一般文化素质教育的基本特征和本质属性，又具有警察素质教育的内在规定性和特定内涵。对警察文化素质教育内涵的理解需要从一般文化素质教育和警察素质教育两个层面入手，综合考虑。
