中央苏区区域范围考察

考察和认定中央苏区区域范围,应遵循六个原则：一是应当涵盖中央苏区斗争历史全过程;二是应当涵盖中央苏区斗争各时期涉及的所有区域;三是应当依据当年党、政、军的隶属关系;四是应当区分全红县、苏区县、部分范围县和游击区县等不同层次;五是应当以现在县（区、市）行政区划为单位去认定;六是应当认定＂苏区县＂和＂中央苏区县＂的区别和交叉。依据上述六项原则,现可认定江西、福建、广东、湖南4省共有85个县（区、市）属于原中央苏区范围。

A Study of the Range of the Central Soviet Area

The work of recognizing the range of the Central Soviet Area must follow six principles: first,covering the full history of the Central Soviet Area;second,including all regions involved in different periods of struggle in the Central Soviet Area;third,based on the affiliation relationship of the Party,the government and the army;fourth,classifying the regions into different types such as all-red counties,soviet area counties,partially-controlled counties,and guerrilla counties;fifth,according to the current administrative division;and sixth,recognizing the differentiation and superposition between "soviet area counties" and "counties in the Central Soviet Area".Based on these principles,we can draw a conclusion that 85 counties(districts or cities) in Jiangxi,Fujian,Guangdong,and Hunan belonged to the Central Soviet Area.
