| 摘 要： | 违宪审查制度是世界各国通行的法律制度,是依法治国,实行宪政的重要保障.我国虽然在法律上也建立了违宪审查制度,但受发展阶段的影响,还存在较多不足,无法发挥其应用的作用.吸收和借鉴域外违宪审查制度的经验,完善我国相关制度,推进社会主义民主法制建设,是一项十分重要而紧迫的任务.
