| Abstract: | The construction of incentive and assistance system of Party Member under urban-rural integration is advantageous to the integration of various resources of the Party in urban-rural regions, the reduction and elimination of urban and rural dualistic structure and social stability as well as the further condensation of the Party, the mightiness of organization, reinforcement of the Party＇ s ruling base and the improvement of the Party＇ s ruling capability. |
