| 摘 要： | 证人证言是刑事诉讼中最广泛的证据来源之一,它对于查明案件事实有着十分重要的意义,然而,证人拒绝作证在我国已成为司法活动的严重障碍。本文分析了证人拒证的特点,现象及原因,并提出了证人拒绝作证的意见及对策。

| Abstract: | The testimony of witnesses is one of the most pervasive evidences in criminal procedure, so it is of importance to ascertain the true circumstances of a case. However, witnesses ' refusing to testify is a severe obstruct to the judicial actions of our country. This paper analyses the characteristics, phenomena and causes of the witnesses' refusing to testify and puts forward proposals for witnesses' refusing to testify. |
