Abstract:
In the period of social transition and economic structure transformation,job burnout is a general phenomenon in employees.Those persons who are liable to job burnout always suffer from psychological problems too.The psychological problems impact on individual evaluation of reality,self-evaluation and evaluation of others.In order to resolve psychological problems and to relieve job burnout,people should adjust cognition,evaluate occupation actively and accept imperfect self and others.
