| 摘 要： | 黑社会(性质)犯罪预防是一项系统工程,主要包括关系密切的三方面内容:一是对黑社会(性质)犯罪进行科学预测;二是对预防黑社会(性质)犯罪措施进行经济分析;三是提出预防黑社会(性质)犯罪之措施。科学预测是预防黑社会(性质)犯罪之前提,经济分析是预防黑社会(性质)犯罪的功利要求,提出预防黑社会(性质)犯罪措施是预防黑社会(性质)犯罪之关键。
