On Urban Social Order and Its management in Western China Development

With China's entering WTO and execution of Western China Development, many new situations and problems occured in social order management, on which the public security organs should renew the concept and adjust the handling models .These measures include to strenghen the ownership emotion of the floating population to their site cities,to set up the concept of serve-first,to establish united action system and to heighten the self-protection sense of communities.
