从农民工返乡创业视角谈中西部城乡一体化建设

近年来,中西部城乡一体化建设步伐不断加快,但仍然面临诸多制约因素。适逢金融危机和产业转移的双重背景下,大量农民工返乡创业给中西部城乡一体化建设带来新的机遇。各级政府要在农民工创业指导、培训、环境以及财政和金融等方面给予帮助和扶持,科学引导农民工返乡创业与中西部城乡一体化的协调发展。

Research on the Integration of Rural and Urban Areas in Mid-Western Region from the Perspective of Farmer-Workers' Returning Home to Start Business

In these years,the pace of integration of rural and urban areas is getting faster,but still many hindering factors are standing in its way.Recently it comes to a new opportunity when a lot of farmer-workers return home to start business in the financial crisis and in the tide of industrial transfer.In order to coordinate farmer-workers’ re-starting business and rural-urban integration,governments of different level should offer help in terms of business guiding,work training,environment improving,and financial assistance.
