摘    要:企业民主管理,是一种让企业不同利益群体通过制度化、群体性的参与,来实现利益协调的管理方式。它可使企业内部劳资间的结构性冲突,通过组织化、制度化方式而表现为理性化,从而达成内部基本共识,避免因利益冲突分散化、个体化而可能导致的无序化、情绪化或非理性化。

Abstract:The democratic administration in the enterprise is to make the different groups of interest harmonious through systemizing and group participation.It can change the internal structural conflict between employers and employees into being reasonable through organizing and systemizing to reach the internal common sense when it can avoid to be decentralized and be individualized by group interests to lead to unordered,emotional and unreasonable.
