| 摘 要： | 软法是20世纪70年代之后在西方法学界特别是在国际法学界出现频率较高的一个重要概念,至今,学理上对它的探讨一直持续着。本文从含义、判断标准、法律意义以及对我们的启示等各方面对软法进行了较全面剖析,目的是透过软法表象揭示软法的本质。
