| 摘 要： | 近年来,氯胺酮在我国青少年中的滥用势头劲升,使毒品滥用问题出现了更加严重的多元化和多药滥用现象。因此,在青少年中加强新型毒品危害的预防教育,加大对娱乐场所的管理力度和加强对麻醉、精神药品的管理,对预防和减少新生吸毒人员,防止新型毒品的滥用和涉毒犯罪有着积极重要的作用

| Abstract: | Cases of K-Powder abuse among the youth are keeping increasing at recent years. The situation makes drug abuse complicated and many more drug abused. As a result, It is necessary to strengthen drug education on new pattern drugs among the youth, improve the control of narcotics and psychiatric in entertainment centers. These measures will play an important role in the prevention and reduction of new users, new style drug abuse and drug crimes. |
