| Abstract: | On the basis of CMC and some regulations of General Principles of China Civil Law, this paper studies the constructive conditions, the liability scope, the limitation of liability and the exemption of the liability of carriers' right of indemnification in delay in delivery and analyzes the concerned obligatory indemnification liabilities. |
