| 摘 要： | 实践教学在高等法律职业教育中占有极为重要的地位。高等法律职业教育中实践教学体系的构建应以高等法律职业院校培养的学生应具备的最终职业能力为根据。实践教学分为校内实践教学和社会实践教学两大块,校内实践教学体系又可以分解为课程中的实践教学环节和学期综合训练环节。高等法律职业院校应采取多项措施来确保法律实践教学得以顺利开展并保证其教学质量。

| Abstract: | Practicing courses have taken an important part in the senior legal career education.The structure of the practicing courses should be based on the skills which the students of the Senior Legal Career College should be trained.And it could be divided into two parts,which are classroom practicing teaching and social practicing training.And classroom practicing teaching consists of practicing courses and term general training.Senior Legal Career College should take all kinds of measures to make sure the Practicing Courses be operated smoothly and make sure the teaching quality be stable. |
