| 摘 要： | “命案必破”专项行动开展以来，“命案”的侦破水平有了很大的提高，同时，也暴露了很多问题。本文试从“命案’’取证中存在的问题着手，分析存在问题的原因，并从宏观上归纳出对策思路，希望能对“命案”取证工作产生积极的影响。

| Abstract: | With the highlight of ＂ homicide cases must be solved＂, the investigations on homicide cases have achieved significant progress and are confronted with problems unfortunately. This essay attempts to analyze reasons for problems of evidence obtaining in homicide cases and then draw up measures that would be helpful in collecting evidence. |
