| Abstract: | Delay in delivery had been discussed many times in drafting the U.N.transportation convention.After comparing Article 50 of the Chinese Maritime Code with relevant articles of international conventions and foreign laws,the author points out the defect of delay in delivery stipulated in Article 50 of the Chinese Maritime Code,and propose inserting "within reasonable time" into the Article. |
