坚持群众路线优良传统的当代意义——“为民务实清廉”与巩固党的执政地位

按照党的十八大部署开展的群众路线教育实践活动，使一个传统的党建话题在当下的中国承载着新的时代内容，具有当代价值。党的先进性是党的建设永恒主题，群众路线是党的先进性建设不变的主题，坚持群众路线必须与时俱进。在新的历史条件下，必须从执政实践面临的亡党危险认识坚持群众路线的重要性。党执政面临的挑战不是路线方针政策上的问题，群众的不满意主要来自党的作风不正。群众路线教育实践活动重在转变党风。围绕为民务实清廉的主要内容，坚决反对形式主义、官僚主义、享乐主义和奢靡之风，是转变党风的抓手。群众路线教育实践活动能不能取得实效，关键看能不~g-l,J7实通过坚决反对“四风”，使党风得到明显的转变。

The Modern Meaning of Sticking on the Mass line——For the People of Pragmatic and Clean and Party＇s Ruling Position Consolidation

In accordance with the 18th national congress of CPC, the mass line of educational practice that makes a traditional topic in contemporary China carries the new contents and contemporary value. The party is the eternal theme of party building, the mass line is to constant theme of the party＇s advanced nature, it has to keep pace with the times while stick on the mass line. In the new historical conditions, it has to know the importance of the mass line with the risk of destroying the party of ruling. The challenge is not the ruling party＇s line, principles and policy issues, mainly from the masses are not satisfied with the party＇s unhealthy tendency. Mass line focuses on changes in educational practice style. It has to oppose formalism, bureaucracy, hedonism and luxury with the main content of pragmatic and henest for the people. The key of achieving tangible results of mass line educational practice relies on opposing formalism, bureauracy,hedonism and luxury, which make the party＇s style be changed significantly.
