再论战后日本经济体制的特征、问题及改革--对战后日本经济体制的历史学分析

学术界普遍认为,日本当代经济体制是为适应日本战后的经济环境、经战后改革而形成的,这种观点值得商榷.本文指出近些年来,强调日本战时经济体制是战后经济体制的原型,认为二者的关系是未经战后改革而割断的"持续"关系,已成为一股强劲的学术潮流,传统观点已遭到动摇.本文还提出了日本经济体制的几项特征,对这些特征逐项进行了扼要的历史考察,并论述了日本战时经济体制的历史作用,以及当今日本的改革所面临的根本问题.

The Characteristic, Problem and Reformation of Japan's Economical Systerm after World War Ⅱ

Although the consensus in the academia is that contemporary Japanese economic system was formed after World War II in order to meet the post-war economic environment,this view is not without question.The paper,in three parts,discusses issues with the view and tries to understand the existing problems in Japanese post-war economic system.In the first part,the author emphasizes that Japanese post-war economic system originated from its war-time economic system,and that the relationship between the two was not cut off through the post-war reform.In the second part,the author summarizes several characteristics of Japanese e-conomic system and briefly investigates their respective historical roots.In the third part,the author discusses the historic role of Japanese war-time economic system and fundamental problems faced by contemporary Japanese reform.
